I provide individual psychotherapy and consultation services within a feminist biopsychosocial model. I have an active style and assist adults in moving toward their identified goals in ways that complement their values, lifestyle, and personality. I work to integrate both body and mind in approaching problems. Some primary areas of focus include issues related to Bipolar Disorder, health issues, substance abuse, ADHD, trauma, and identity issues including disability, ethnicity, gender orientation, sexual orientation, and relational affiliation.
