I am a feminist psychologist with over 25 years experience. Much of my clinical focus is toward adults managing Bipolar Spectrum, ADHD, and Schizoaffective issues, chronic physical illness, substance abuse, and life stresses related to diverse identities and bias. I enjoy exploring paradoxes to find strengths, challenges, and better ways to thrive. In my active, biopsychosocial approach I work to develop strategies that align with a person’s culture and values, and approach therapy as a mutual endeavor.

I provide psychological assessments for individuals having difficulty progressing in psychotherapy, with recommendations to both client and ongoing therapist. I enjoy working as a consultant to family members of adults with mental health challenges. I have worked both a Training Director and a Clinical Director, and enjoy offering clinical supervision and consultation to mental health professionals.
