I provide psychotherapy and sport psychology to clients striving to meet the demands of being an athlete, a college or graduate student, or a performance intensive professional. You may be experiencing some of the problems that often arise when high expectations meet high pressure – anxiety, perfectionism, fear of failure, and depression. I also work with early adults adjusting to life transitions such as high school-to-college, college-to-career, developing adult relationships, and taking on greater responsibilities. Change is exciting, but the uncertainty and pressure to make the right decisions can be overwhelming. If you relate with these descriptions, I would like to work with you.
